unable to use Mouse scrolling in sheet view mode

Use case details: In ZFP, if the user want to display image as a sheet view and then move to next image, they have to click ‘Next sheet’ button or page down short cut key. they can't use mouse scroll function to display next image.

(In stack view, we can move to next image by using mouse scrolling. But it is not available in sheet view.)

Feature/Requirement Details: Please add the feature the user can move to next image by using mouse scrolling in sheet view. for example, If the study has 1000 images in each series, and if user want to display 2X2 format sheet view, the user have to click 250 times to review one series. It is uncomfortable to use.
