Add MAX as an option for Measurement Export Method (Layout Editor-Integration-Cardiology Advanced Analysis)

Per Dr. Nayar- When measurements are exported from Tomtec, the last value is being sent instead of MAX for AV PGmax.

Per Tomtec-we would require GE UV export setting to allow for selecting Max. Currently we are using what is configured, which is set to “Last” in that dropdown. The last value shown is what’s being mapped due to Measurement Export Method being “Last” instead of Max.
