customer set image grouping when viewing

customer require UV to add a setting on toolbar to turn on/off image grouping, and can set grouping rule at the time. Now the image grouping is not working for all studies and some MR studies are split into hundreds of subseries by mistake. customer hope that they can turn on/off image grouping and can set the grouping rule by themselves. for some study they want to group by position, some want to group by phase.
