Overlay templates calls field Tech but dicom tag and overlay edit calls Operator. Sites wants it called operator

like to see the word tech removed or change to operator. The reason is the radiologists does markups and their name is showing up there with Tech showing up infront of their name. Dicom tag is called operator not tech
