Scroll the image one by one by using mouse scroll in the page format view

As a Radiologist, I want to scroll the image one by one by using mouse scroll in the page format view, so that I can read the two consecutive images (in case of 2x1).

As a Radiologist, I want to display images from any position in the page format view, so that I can check the images before and after the target image.
