UV Node reconfiguration capability from test DB to Production DB on demand.

Workflow:

1) UV node 1 installed (via AdminDesktop) in production with database on SQL1 , IMS1

2) UV node 2 installed (via AdminDesktop in test with database on SQL2 , IMS2

3) Attempt to upgrade / re-install UV node 2, to move into production with database SQL1 and IMS1

Currently Admin desktop not supporting repair/reconfiguring of UV Node 2 with SQL1/ims1.

Expected : Provide configuration/script to reconfigure the system to point to production DB.
