Need to be able to change the default selection from the current default of ALL EXAMS to RELEVANT for Radiologists.

Customer's request is In WFM/ UV the radiologists needs to be able to change the default selection from the current default of ALL EXAMS to RELEVANT. As per them currently they always have to switch from ALL exams to Relevant.

They want to be able to default their settings to Relevant. This should be for all modalities, including, and especially mammography. We use NBI here and there is now way to limit the list. This would be for Universal viewer in the navigator as well as WFM.

The current settings in UV don't even work no matter what selection you pick.
