Disable UV Logout button when UV study list is opened from CCW patient screen "Search for patient images" or "Open patient images" buttons

When "Search for patient images" is triggered from the patient screen (opens UV study list) and UV Logout button is trigged further "Search for patient images" trigger does not open UV study list. Blank browser is displayed instead. Upon opening an exam the context with UV is synced again. This would be prevented if the Logout button in UV study list was disabled when opened from CCW patient screen.
