UV - CAD/DICOM 60xx overlay of MG studies default displaying setting

CAD/DICOM 60xx overlay is not displayed by default for MG modalities since UV6.0 SP8.

There is no facility to enable display of CAD/DICOM 60xx by default with or without NBI for MG images.

Some customer would like to display it by default, so I'll request that the default settings to be selectable.
