UV - MG workflow, Increase number of months backward and forward to load non-MG studies

Users using NBI would like the Number of Months Backward and Forward for non-MG studies to be increased, 6 months is not long enough.

◦ # Months Backward and Forward Specify the number of months the system will search before or after the primary study. The system will automatically load the non-MG comparison studies it finds within that date range.
