Ability to Free Text when adding things to the Image Overlay Templates

With this enhancement request this allows the users that can edit the overlay templates in UV the ability to edit the fields that display. This is good so that if a value is coming in via the DICOM information as it should but the description of that dicom tag is not displayed in UV they can free text and add that description and then safe it so that it displays as it should. In the attached screen shot you will see the S: 69.274835. The S: should be displaying as S Factor which is what is coming across in the DICOM tag information.
