UV Mouse functions key - include option to disable scrolling with mouse wheel

In the UV user preferences Mouse Functions Key setup the customer has Zoom assigned to the Middle Mouse button/scroll wheel click. By default scrolling the mouse wheel pages through the images even if the scroll wheel is clicked and held down. In this situation they are clicking the mouse wheel and holding it in order to zoom the image, however since paging through the images by scrolling the mouse wheel is still enabled the slightest movement causes it to page through images even while zooming. Customer is requesting an enhancement to disable mouse wheel scroll if they choose to assign and use a function on the middle mouse.
