Refresh Image Count for comparison studies in study selector and DX Hub.

Users that are attempting to open multiple primary studies, the image count on the non-active primary studies are not updated and requires the user to close and relaunch study. See example below:

cannot open 0 images US study that is acquired along with MG primary - shows as 0 image in Patient History in WFM, UV refresh/ reload only works for primary. This US is loaded as a comparison - has to close and reload the exam for her to view, she loses all her work done.
