Enhanced API to be able to pass additional database field or fields for context launching to 3rd parties

Our customer would like to context launch from UV to their regional VNA portal 'CareConnect'. However they require that the government issued health identifier be part of the context launch string. Currently our API won't allow this and can only send patient ID as the identifier. Please see related 'idea'

This integration would provide significant value to our large, long time customer. I suspect other regions that also use government health identifiers would also find this useful.
