URL inbound launch to UV is not supported in V8

Edison TruePACS component Universal Viewer does not support inbound URL launch. We have a customer with Epic EMR integration and the UV 7.0 Integrations Manual specifies this inbound launch capability, but the 8.0 manual does not. In a consult with a senior engineer, this is not a feature and ought to be.
