With an Epic-driven workflow, closing a study in UV does not close Epic's context

A customer with an Epic driven workflow noted the following:

• Close a study in Epic and it will close the study in UV and Powerscribe

• Close a study in Powerscribe and it will close the study in UV and Epic

• However, the study context in Epic/Powerscribe won't close if they close it in UV.

Speaking with Himanshu Nandu, he noted that "EPIC does not listen to any UV close event in EPIC driven workflow."

This request is for a feature that allows this functionality but it may require some coordination with Epic engineering.
