UV users want to be able to import CDs that do not have the DIR file

The customer is wanting the current CD import tool in UV to be able to do imports of CDs that just have dicom files and no DIR file. Currently The CD import tool will not import the dicom files unless there is a DIR folder. Since many sites do not have RA600 or CA1000 it is suggested that UV import of outside CDs and dicom files work similar.
