NBI: Save Prior Sync Settings as Part of Layout or HP

UV SP1.0.1 doesn’t provide ability to save Sync with Prior for 3D Tomo (DBT). Customer desires the ability to Sync Current with 3D Prior (DBT) as a default. In NBI, we're unable to save the Sync Settings (all the options under the Sync Menu) in the Step Protocols or in the Layout. Either one of these retaining the Sync settings would help the customers workflow.
