UV-Image grouping can be set in UV interface as viewing

Customer request UV to add a tool to turn on/off image grouping, and can set grouping rule at the time. Now the image grouping is set in UV Admin for the whole site not by account.

Some MR studies are split into several sub-series but some doctors want them to be just one single series. If UV can have such tool to turn on/off on interface, each user can anytime decide to group or not.
