[WFM] Collaboration Tool in UV or WFM [F14561-F15116-F14047] Merged

Many customers are asking for a collaboration tool.  The function allows a radiologist to quickly communicate via a window for collaboration/consultation of a patient study.  The tool is also used by technologists to message radiologists for consultation on whether a patient requires more views or if they can be sent home.  

Description

UV-I-36

      • F14561 : This is the ability to send messages from PACS user to PACS user (Technologist, Radiologist & PACS Administrators) to support quick synchronous and asynchronous communications.

      • F15116: This feature is to build a communication system for the Radiologist to ask for additional projection in real time before the patient left the building or post examination. (only applicable to WFM, not Viewer.)

      • F14047: This is to bring a communication option. To facilitate remote Conferences bringing screen sharing and chatting options
