Description
Customer wants to get some type of notification that the send queue is backing up and nothing is going outbound. As of now, They only know the way to know is, in the send queue i.e, if they go to the RA1000 multiple times per day, click on my send queue button, and looks there to see what’s just sitting in there. They work mostly in the Universal viewer and can’t see the send queue from there. So they need GE to provide some proactive way to let admins or techs know that nothing is processing outbound in the send queue so we know to look into it.
Problem description by them: The problem we had was that we continued to send exams to our teleradiology group to read. Unbeknownst to them and us, nothing was going over because their servers were down. That was going on for hours and delaying patient care. So I want some kind of proactive way to know about this. |
