UV - Capability to display any DICOM tags specified by the sites

This is a RA1000 parity.

Sites want to display any DICOM tags at their choice even though the tags are not predefined in the overlay lists and this is what they do with RA1000. However the sites can't display specific tags after they transitioned to UV From RA1000 and their workflows are blocked.

If supporting any tags takes long time, short term solution is to support following 4 tags that are used as standard configuration at the sites,

Body Part Thickness (0018,11A0)

Magnetic Field Strength (0018,0087)

Anode Target Materia (0018,1191)

Requested Procedure ID (0040,1001)

Here are current scenario,

As a Rad Tech, I want to confirm the magnetic field strength (0018,0087) in prior exam before taking new exam, so that I can take new exam with same condition and it leads to an accurate diagnosis.

As a Rad Tech, I want to confirm the breast thickness (0018,11A0) in prior exam before taking new exam, so that I can take new exam with same condition.

As a Radiologist, I want to confirm if the breast thickness for both current and prior exam are same, so that I can compare both exams with same condition.
