Populate Station Name with a valid Station Name on UV Study List

Currently the Station Name in PACS defaults to whatever is sent in that field from the modality of the first image that is sent to PACS. If that field is blank then PACS puts flamingo-orionEJB in that field instead of a valid Station Name. The Station Name field is typically blank when a scanned document or an image from some outside vendors are sent in. The customer would like this to be more flexible so that if the first image doesn't have a Station Name in the appropriate field that field will get over by subsequent images that do have a Station Name in the appropriate field.
