Support for VDI / Remote Viewing Solutions

Since the COVID pandemic we have seen a very large increase in the number of home workers reporting with UV Web and our customers are asking GE which VDI platforms we support - the answer today is none which is disappointing to some customers.

VMware Horizon View is the most common platform requested.

The request does not necessarily require product changes but more process and policy changes to include testing / documentation updates to guide GE employees supporting customers who are using VDI solutions.

I am aware some customers like Leciester and Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in UK are already using VDI solutions today with UV Web but the GE official line is this is not supported.
