Graphic Overlay Needs a option to turn off or Remember setting

In UV viewer I have seen where a bad over lay is sent into pacs and makes a Green Snowy image. Its rare but it happens.

The solution that works is to right click and on Overlays turn it off.

It would be great if the viewer would save that the Graphic overlay was turned off for other users, OR have a setting in the properties for it to turn it off on all studies.
