UV - Request to enable to hide/unhide navigator automatically by configuration when a image display on viewport by double-clicked.

Some customer are using 1x1 displaying frequently by using double-click, and at that time, navigator gets in the way in some situations.

They can hide /unhide navigator each time by user operation, but they would like to request a new function to hide/unhide automatically.

And they hope it to be applied per modality and per users.
