UV Exam Note "Create As" option like RA1000

MSK SA Kelvin Cruz is requesting an Enhancement Request to have something similar in UV as in RA1000 has the option under Exam Notes to "Create As" so that different user may use their PACS username/password to log into Exam Notes only to create an Exam Note under their name which is different than the user that is currently logged into RA1000.

Reason for request:

We have shared workstations and it makes it difficult for technologists to be signing out to let another one sign in to create notes.
