UV AW Embedded by default set synchronized scrolling in AW and UV viewport, GUI setting to turn off/on.

Currently the only setting is on the Universal Viewer workstation, open the integrations.ini file in the Integrad.3\MIV\ folder. RADS move from station to station and this setting is a workflow nightmare.

Rad should be able to hit a GUI/ shortcut key to disable/enable, or some easy user setting
