An ability to arrange the order of annotation templates.

UV viewer has an ability to switch viewport annotation.

All users are able to create annotation template but they cannot arrange the order.

e.g.) There are two templates 'NONE' and 'CT FULL', the customer wants to add a new template 'CT FILM' in the middle of these templates.

In such situation, the user should do following steps.

1. Delete 'CT FULL'

2. Create 'CT FILM'

3. Re-create 'CT FULL'

It is very stressful operation.

Our application specialists thinks the customer doesn't accept such operation, so they do it instead of the user.

Expect:

It is better if 'Manage Annotation Templates' window has 'Up' and 'Down' button same as 'Hanging Protocols' tab in 'Layout Editor' window.
