Yes the data record history displays the “ Deleted SM and when the procedure was deleted “ .
It is just a scattered information . Procedure history displays the full audit trail and just for the procedure deletion alone the user needs to go Data record history module .
Moreover the Data record history is controlled by the admins and not given to all end users .
Question: Why isn't it sufficient to see the cancellation reason in the worklist (e.g. appointments/registration) and have the tracking in "Data record history" (showing staff member who deleted the procedure)?
