Visibility of sticky notes for deleted data

When a sticky note is added for procedure or case and the procedure or case is then deleted in RIS, the sticky note disappears from RIS UI and is only visible in view A_NOTIZEN.

I assume the same scenario for notes on patient level, but i did not test.

For documentation purpose and traceabilty, the customer requests for such a scenario that the note is visible as deleted note (similar to as when you delete a note and not the case/procedure).
