Cross-Institute Reporting Solution | urgent customer request

we have implemented a significant Mega project involving a Central RIS v7 SP05 connecting to seven different HIS systems across seven institutes, along with MPI and CPACS integration for seven organizations. To prevent incorrect processing of procedures, we have enabled institute separation on the GUI. This ensures that users connected to a default institute do not inadvertently process requests from a different facility. The institute code is crucial for directing messages to the appropriate HIS through CCG and to the correct Org_code in PACS.

However, the customer has requested the ability to perform cross-institute reporting to facilitate easier reporting for doctors without the need to manually switch institutes. We are exploring options to achieve this functionality without disabling institute separation on the GUI, as doing so could lead to confusion regarding message destinations.

Could you please advise if there is a feasible solution to implement cross-institute reporting while maintaining institute separation on the GUI? Or any other approach to allow the radiologist to review and report Cross- institute form the same worklist ?
