from my understanding the main issue is that the RIS sends the self generated "CRIS1234567" instead of the correct ID for the domain. Not sure if at that point the receiving system would prefer no message or a message without the domain id, then only including the MPI ID. Maybe in a best case scenario this could be configurable?
Do I get the request right, that the missing ID should prevent sending any messages via DirectInterface to the missing domain? So this domain/PACS wouldn't receive any reports? Couldn't that be also a clinical risk?
