Hi Romain, I assume you are referring to the text block selection within RadCockpit - to reduce the number of text blocks in the selection they should use the assignment to procedure. This would reduce the number of text blocks easily.
Second possibility is to enter a few characters with which the text block code starts and press F3 afterwards - the selection will only show text blocks which are matching these letters with the beginning of the code (e.g. type "ct" in report, press <F3>, selection shows all text blocks starting with "CT" in the code, e.g. CTABD, CT345, CTPEL)
Therefore I think there are already 2 options given to reduce the number of text blocks offered within the dialog.
