Got another issue for this from EMRAD, ULH. Case# 08936258
@Nicole: In AD it will be a new user with a new "unique ID", hence it cannot be re-activated in RIS as the old "unique ID" is still specified for that User in RIS.
@Matthias: Can't the old user just be re-activated in RIS-i? But I guess nevertheless they would need to search for the foreign-id?
