extra fields stored in Smart Reporting for mamo reports

customer is requesting to include extra information in mamo reports. At the moment, Smart Reporting (SR) can only show in the report a few fields (5-6) from the information that is sent to SR via HL7 message. these are the fields that customer is requesting and SR can't store and show later in the report:

• Insurance company.

• Reference hospital.

• Date of previous visit.

• Appointment type (Normal/Precocious).

• Have you noticed any lumps? (Y/N).

• Have you had any nipple bleeding? (Y/N).

• Do you use breast implants? (Y/N).

• Observations from technician.

• Observations from previous visit.
