In the field on site we often hear Enhancement requests for WFM Worklist Modality Improved Filtering. It makes sense, as there are too many unnecessary Radiology options for modality. Customers request the list of Modalities reduced to display only the Radiology Modalities. These are also not listed in alphabetical order, which is cumbersome to easily select. Can this be configurable, or customized for only Radiology?
This modality filtering request also pertains to the WFM Advanced search.
Radiology Modalities: CT, MR, CR, DX, DR, XA, RF, US, OT, NM, MG (SR & RG could be considered)
Consider the customer can configure their own modality list.
True PACS Early adopters also ask if the Procedure Description in True PACS can be made easier to select or deselect certain procedures? Fixed in Sp2 per user input.

I have a customer with concerns about user acceptance. There are many options in the modality column that they do not utilize also they are not in alphabetical order or sorted by most used modalities, they seem to be very random. It would be wonderful if this column could be configurable, if we could hide unused modalities or bring the most commonly used to the top. If a CT rad/tech could have CT as their default etc.
In addition, please add modality "SC" to this Radiology available list. This SC modality can be used for Bone Density studies, even though SC would typically refer to a secondary capture. I was just at a site (Houston Methodist) where they use SC modality for Dexas/Bone Density studies.
