Enhancement request - Notes Subject line NOT required field for free text note

The WFM Notes Subject line is a required field for free text notes. Users/Customers who use free text for adding notes do not like that they are required to type a Subject line. Can this be made configurable, or removed as a required field, yet allowed to use if the user preferred? This creates extra clicks every time a note is added, which is basically every study the technologists do.
