Edit Patient information from WFM such as Name Spelling, MRN, Study Name [F15339]

Admin users should be able to alter patient study information (MRN, patient name, study name)

Sites commonly import studies from outside facilities in which the patient is getting a second opinion so do not have any current studies in the system to merge the patient information with.

Also in the past we have had minors linked to their parents and when the turn 18 they received their own MRN number but do not have any current studies in the system so we are unable to match the patient with the current MRN So in order to properly manage patient accounts this feature would be necessary
