SUNY would move techs from RIS driven workflow to WFM if the techs didnt have to update the exam statuses in RIS. if WFM sent updates to RIS then the techs could perform the action once and not be logged into RIS to accomplish this task. this would streamline workflow in one application vs going back and forth between the two apps |
Are you asking only to receive the exam status change?
IS this request specific for RIS-IC or should consider any other RIS driven workflow?
I'm asking as few exam can be mark as ready to be reported just due to exam status change. More information normally are required from the technician to enable reporting.
