WFM does not have a option for Reason for Exam in Layout Configuration

Recently a site was trying to setup a layout for WFM and found that Reason for Exam was not a option to add. They would like to have that as they say the users are used to seeing this in ZFP. Currently the only option is Clinical Comments in the layout configuration.

We are going to suggest they put reason for exam in clinical comments when doing order entry. But the column would make it easier going forward.
