GE (WFM) is no longer sending command to PS360 to stay on top, that you have to go into PS360 settings and make the change. This is a design change. Request is for functionality to be added back to the WFM application.

WFM v6 the API call to PWS (Nuance) included a message to stay on top. With v7 WFM, the command to stay on top was removed from the API call. Now they have to go to Nuance and check the stay on top check box there. Site is reporting that this check box sporatically gets unchecked and Nuance indicates to the customer that this is something GE needs to address

5/5 - appears to be a setting in PS that can be set to keep "on the top". There was change from v6. This was just discovered so the change will be made so users can evaluate tomorrow
