WFM Diagnostic Hub Auto Refresh Open tab

This happens with all modalities. Let’s say a patient is coming in for a mammogram. The tech(1) will click on the order in WFM and look at the patient’s diagnostic hub. There are no images yet because the study is still in ordered status. Another tech(2) performs the study and sends the images to PACS (WFM). If tech(1) still has the patient’s diagnostic hub open it does not refresh to show there are images there to view. This happens to techs and radiologists. The tech and radiologists like to use the diagnostic hub to see the patient’s priors. Otherwise they have to search for the patient to view the list of prior studies.
