Advanced Search , Procedure Description Search criteria - allow to search with "Contains" instead of having to select each procedure with checkboxes

Current installed version at Site: WFM V7.0.0.4.4

Procedure Description: When user searching for a Procedure Description "MR BREAST, they are expecting all the results containing the particular search keyword.

However, currently the search field then provides a drop box and user would need to select each specialty using the checkbox which is inconvenient for most users.

Cu would like to have the search field implemented in WFM similar to UV, where:

eg: Study Description: MR BREAST can be filtered with options: Begins, Exact, Contains
