Print Exam Notes from Diagnostic Hub [F15300]

I am finding several sites who's workflow to ED is to print the exam note to the ED printer.  This can be done from UV Patient Folder but it's not clean.  It would be nice to add a PRINT exam note functionality to the Exam Notes section in the DX Hub of Workflow Manager to allow printing of the exam note from within Workflow Manager.
