Ability to create Custom Worklists via Time down to the Hour and seconds

Many institutions assign radiologists to read certain modalities at various times..  For example Radiologist 1 will read CT studies from 8:00 am until 11:59am.  Then Radiologist 2 will read CT studies from 12:00pm until 4:59pm.  Custom worklist allows us to create a worklist down to the last 24 hours.  It would be nice to be able to create a worklist to only see studies between certain times.  So the field of Hours and minutes (seconds TBD) as an option to create a worklist would be great.  Radiologists would then be able to create a CT worklist that will populate on CT studies performed between 8:am and 11:59 am.  The next radiologist would then create a CT worklist to populate between 12:00 pm and 4:59 pm etc.
