This idea would change the way interrupted reports and closing an exam's tab are handled in workflow manager.
Today in WFM :
- If the user interrupts an active exam tab via by changing context, or opening another exam (new tab), WFM will force the report to save as a draft regardless if any changes had been made to the report.
- WFM will force a discard a report if closing the exam via the exam tab's "X" button.
The idea is to have WFM will pass a command to PS360 via the API and PS360 will determine if the report should be saved as a draft or if thereport should be cancelled (discarded).
A new preference will work in conjunction with the PowerScribe preference - Discard unedited new report on PACS close.
