Request for priority values CRITICAL, ASAP addition to STAT and Routine

Customer wanted to know Can WFM accept any other priority values other than STAT and Routine?

They want to start sending CRITICAL, ASAP, so will these display in PACS or is stat just a flag?

Referred the WFM user manuals, release notes, checked for the old cases and any KA related to the customer's request and did not find any.

Checked to see if there are any earlier requests for the same and we do not see any such requests in New idea | ICA portal.

Informed the customer that as of now we do not accept any other priority values other than STAT and Routine.

However, if the user wants to start sending CRITICAL, ASAP in PACS, then we can request for a IO-Improvement Opportunity, so our engineering team will look into that.
