Indicator column to rescale; option to customize displayable indicators and to preview information like exam note

Many customers are complaining that indicator column does not rescale keeping unnecessary space when icons are not displayed.

The layout should be more flexible and provide option to select which icon to show or to allow a double line layout for low resolution monitors or to automatically repositioning icons to rescale.

Exam Note icon should include option to preview the exam note without forcing the user to open DxHub.

Having the indicator column to rescale it would allow to be used for new icons as for example to indicate a global exam or a copy to clipboard, scan document etc...
