WFM exam status update when report is marked Discarded in PowerScribe

Findings:

User Workflow: Open study, begin dictation, create a Draft report, exam status updates to Dictated. <<==expected workflow (working as designed)

Scenario #1:

Open Draft Report in PowerScribe (double click from Draft list) then Discard report, exam status updates in WFM from Dictated to Verified. <<==expected workflow (working as designed)

Scenario #2:

Do not open the report in PowerScribe but simply highlight Draft report in PowerScribe from Draft list and select Discard, the report is removed from PowerScribe however exam status in PowerScribe remains as Dictated (does not update). <<==PowerScribe in this scenario is not in an "integrated" status with WFM so the communication that updates exam status is not present.

Customer Enhancement Request: When user deletes the draft in any workflow should revert the status in PACS back to Verified exam status in WFM.
